Jaw Giant was founded in 2012 by John Thorne; men's grooming expert, ex-editor of Groom You Sir magazine and inventor, Jaw Giant has today come a long way from its beginnings. John, a very proud beard grower through personal experience, had always struggled to find efficient ways to keep his hair and beard straight and well-groomed. John realised the issues he faced with his daily grooming routine was not isolated to him only; he was regularly getting numerous other men asking him the very same question; what is the alternative to time-consuming blow-drying, expensive balms and messy oils and waxes to keep my hair and beard well-groomed, in great shape all day and speed up my morning and evening routines?

At that time there was no answer, no alternative to blowing drying, balms, oils or waxes and no quick or easy cost-effective solution to effortlessly keeping one's hair and beard in great shape all day. After intensive research and development, John recognised there was a gap in the market that was rapidly growing.
